Added a page to the top menu for easy subscribing by feed.
Will not add automated subscription-by-mail for the time being. Seems to have that feature, I have to set up accounts at external sites(?).

Feeds are by now almost as tried and tested distribution method as animal fodder on a horse-drawn cart! I am not sure about the nutritious value, though…
